Enrolment Forms

This page contains two types of enrolment forms, the first one below is for classes and the one further down below that is for one to ones.

Once you have completed one of our enrolment forms, you are stating that you have read, fully understood and are agreeing to our terms and conditions which are on our website. Please note that your place on a course or a one to one are not secured until payment has been received. It is your responsibility to read the T&C before entering in to any agreement.

Payment is by bank transfer. Once we receive your enrolment form and your payment, you will then receive a confirmation message confirming your booking date.

Please note there are no refunds once your course or one to one has begun and all classes are run on a 6 week consequitive class schedule. Please note that no class lessons are carried over for whatever reason if you miss them. You are booking a space in the class and if you are absent we cannot carry the class over, as we are unable to fill that space. However, if we have a space in another class, we will always offer that space to you to make up for the missed class during your 6 week course. If we cancel a class then you will not be charged for that missed class.

Should you need to reschedule a one to one, Please see our T&C and then call the office to discuss a new time and date.
